		Check Your Cables A frequent cause of problems customers report is an intermittent HD-SDI cable. All HD-SDI cables and all Connectors MUST  be true 75 Ohm. Always try to substitute another HD-SDI cable before continuing your troubleshooting.
		Check for Updates If you are experiencing difficulties, please visit the Product Updates and confirm you are running the latest firmware updates. If not, please download and retry, as this frequently will update a known error.
